How will you support our “Why?”- Ensure successful delivery of customer solutions- Assist with procurement and logistics- Manage customer contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)- Quality assurance- Handle inbound customer calls for orders and inquiries- Coordinate orders through internal systems- Manage orders and escalate faults
