YOUR ROLE  

  • AM (9am – 5pm) shift, Mon-Fri
  • Base rate of $ / hour % super

As a Team Leader at Mt St John QLD, you will coordinate the day-to-day operational activities of a team of Storepersons and help ensure that we meet customer expectations, whilst maintaining a compliant and safe environment.
 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
 

Specifically, you will:
 

  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of your team
  • Coach, support and develop team members
  • Ensure compliance with CEVA policies and procedures, especially safety.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?   

Our ideal candidate has experience in warehouse operations (automated warehouse a bonus), including coordination of day-to-day activities of a team / colleagues, as well as:

  • Strong safety awareness and committed to safe work practices
  • Good customer, stakeholder and communication skills; and computer literacy
  • Experience using a Transport Management System (TMS)
  • Essential: LF licence

In addition to providing proof of work rights and professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
