Customer Solutions Team

What You Will Be Doing Day-to-Day

  • Be the first point of contact for customer phone enquiries nationwide
  • Handle inbound calls including orders, product enquiries, quotes, service requests, and problem solving
  • Maintain and update our CRM system with accuracy
  • Identify trends in customer issues and recommend solutions to address root causes
  • Provide feedback to support continuous improvement within the team
  • Work hours Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 6:00pm

What We're Looking For

  • Previous customer service experience, ideally in an industrial or commercial contact centre environment
  • Excellent communication and phone manners
  • Intermediate computer literacy, including CRM systems and MS Office Suite
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and a solutions-focused approach
