**About The Role**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or lesser degree with extensive experience.
- Working knowledge of ICT ticketing systems
- Understanding of SLAs
- Accountable for one's work from start to finish.
- Flexible but methodical and thorough approach - process-oriented
