**About the Role**

Working in our global client's corporate office, you will join our team of 9 Security Officers and Supervisors. As a Supervisor, you will oversee the operations and performance of the team on your assigned shift. Reporting to the Security Coordinator, you will ensure effective supervision of the onsite security team. This is a people-facing role requiring strong communication skills and proficiency with technology. You will liaise directly with external and internal stakeholders, ensuring adequate security coverage throughout the site and accurately completing all required reports.. In this role you will:

- Lead point of contact for all security matters whilst on shift
- Assisting with rostering short falls and managing the submission of accurate timesheets
- Conducting operational investigations and management of security incidents
- Implement access control measures to restrict unauthorised personnel from entering sensitive areas of the site.
- Support the Security Coordinator to identify and implement training / revision needs to address performance gaps

**The Roster**
- 7 days on / 7 days off rotating roster
- Monday to Friday: 2:00 PM - 2:00 AM
- Saturday: 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM (midnight)
- Sunday: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM

**What we're looking for**
- Hold a minimum Certificate III Security Operations
- Hold a Western Australian Driver's Licence.
- Hold a Western Australian Security License - Static Guard/Crowd Control
- Have received or renewed your CPR cert within the year
