ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to join our established Shell team. Reporting to the Contract Manager, the Security Supervisor will ensure effective supervision of the Security Officers, maintaining adequate and effective coverage throughout the site and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

**The key accountabilities of the role will be**:

- Direct liaison with client representatives and its customers
- Staff supervision and frontline performance management
- Facilitate regular staff meetings/briefings.
- Ensure compliance with rosters and time recording processes.
- Maintain strict compliance checks on site in keeping with G4S/SHELL quality assurance and compliance parameters
- Correlate required reports including but not limited to SHELL compliance reports, incident reports etc.

**To be successful in this role, you will**:

- Hold a Western Australia Security license - Static Guard/Crowd Control
- Certificate II - Security Operations
- Experience within a similar role
- Ability to liaise with people at all levels
- Passion to lead a team, drive company values and safety focused
- It is a condition of employment in this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against Covid 19
