We are seeking a dedicated 
Healthcare Security Operations Manager

About the Role

Reporting directly to the 
General Manager
, the Healthcare Security Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all security operations across our healthcare portfolio. The ideal candidate will ensure service excellence, compliance, and efficiency while maintaining strong relationships with clients and staff.

This role involves managing multiple healthcare sites, both metropolitan and regional, with a strong focus on operational standards, staff training, and client satisfaction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day security operations across multiple hospital and healthcare sites
  • Ensure compliance with client policies, contractual requirements, and industry regulations
  • Lead and support site supervisors and security teams to achieve service excellence
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with hospital management and healthcare stakeholders
  • Conduct regular audits, site visits, and operational reviews
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of healthcare security staff
  • Address client feedback and ensure prompt resolution of issues
  • Drive continuous improvement in safety culture, staff engagement, and operational processes
  • Travel to regional WA healthcare sites as required

Skills and Experience Required

  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in the 
    security industry
    , with at least 2 years in a 
    senior
    management role
  • Proven experience managing security operations in 
    healthcare or high-risk environments
  • Current WA Security Officer Licence and 
    National Police Clearance
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong understanding of compliance, reporting, and rostering systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Valid Australian driver's licence
  • Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
