**BGIS **is seeking a motivated and adaptable **Customer Services Operator **to join our team in **Adelaide **. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about providing exceptional service. As a Customer Services Operator, you’ll be responsible for supporting our clients and field teams through a range of service requests and queries.

**Shift Options**:

- Night Shift: 4 days on, 4 days off, 10-hour shifts
- Day Shift Rotation: 16 weekend shifts and 10 evening shifts per month

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Log and manage service requests, ensuring timely follow-up and completion
- Communicate with field staff, contractors, and other departments as necessary
- Maintain a positive and solution-oriented attitude to enhance the customer experience
- Accurately document and report any issues or patterns in service requests

- Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends
