Customer Service Officer

**BGIS**is seeking a motivated and adaptable **Customer Services Operator**to join our team in **Adelaide**. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about providing exceptional service. As a Customer Services Operator, you’ll be responsible for supporting our clients and field teams through a range of service requests and queries.
Shift Option:
Day Shift Rotation: 16 weekend shifts and 10 evening shifts per month
Hybrid Working: 3 days in Office and 2 day at home.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
Log and manage service requests, ensuring timely follow-up and completion
Communicate with field staff, contractors, and other departments as necessary
Maintain a positive and solution-oriented attitude to enhance the customer experience
Accurately document and report any issues or patterns in service requests

Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends
