About the Role

Vinidex is embarking on an exciting change to our internal operating systems. This contract position will act as an all-around service and administration expert to assist with customer service and administrative tasks to support the established service specialists during the training and implementation period.

Responsibilities include:

- General administrative duties
- General office duties including organising morning teas
- Basic customer order management
- Liaise with key internal stakeholders including Territory Managers and Supply Chain regarding customer queries
- Maintain and enhance overall customer experience

About You
- Strong customer service focus
- Exceptional critical thinking and conflict resolution skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication, literacy and numeracy skills
- Ability to work proactively and autonomously
- Demonstrated experience using computer systems, specifically CRM & MS Office
