**The role and team**
- Think you’d look good in Specsavers? We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, self-driven Paralegal to join our dynamic Legal, Risk and Projects team. Reporting directly to the Legal Resource Manager, you will work together with a team of Paralegals at the heart of the franchising documentation workflow, ensuring that our processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- In this hands-on role, you’ll undertake document production, review and execution procedures, ensuring full compliance with the Franchising Code of Conduct. You’ll work closely with our Property Lawyer and wider legal team and play an integral part in overseeing entity governance, ensuring all entities comply with ASIC, NZ Companies Office, and other legislative requirements.

You’ll be based at our vibrant Port Melbourne office, working alongside a passionate group of paralegals who are committed to achieving great things together.

**So, who are you?**
- Proven experience as a Paralegal or legal administrator, ideally in an in-house legal team or commercial environment
- Exceptional document drafting skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent written and spoken grammar and punctuation
- Strong judgment, initiative, and discretion in handling sensitive information
- Experience with franchising, leasing and ASIC lodgements is highly desirable
