This well established organisation, who are leaders in their field are now seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to take on this busy and fast paced role.

**Duties include but not limited to -**
- Planning and setting goals towards continuous improvement
- Oversee daily operations of the customer service team
- Motivate and mentor the team
- Monitor workflow and team results
- Communication with internal and external customers
- Management of customer orders, handling complaints and returns

**Skills required **-***
- Strong customer service supervision experience
- Experience working in a production environment
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to manage complex tasks
