Your Next Opportunity is here We are seeking experienced Civil Site Supervisors to join a high performing team in the civil construction sector. This role requires a capacity to deliver safe, high quality and profitable construction projects from conversion, through construction to hand over and finalisation - all the while ensuring client satisfaction, reducing exposure to risk and maximising financial success. **Your role will be responsible for**: - Effectively leading and managing labour in accordance with safety, quality, cost and time deadlines, to ensure project outcomes are achieved - Creating and maintaining strong relationships with our Subcontractors, Consultants and Project Managers - Successful execution of all works ensuring project objectives are being achieved - Engagement and coordination of contractors and labour requirements **About You**: To succeed in this role you will have: - Experience and tickets as plant operator / civil supervisor - GPS & Rover experience - Proven building knowledge and a thorough understanding of the civil construction process with solid experience in a similar role - Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate, inspire and lead a diverse team - A focus on coaching and mentoring team members to develop and improve abilities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail - A strong affinity with ensuring safety on site - Ability to engage with subcontractors, consultants and clients and develop ongoing relationships - Experience with Civil & Construction projects If you meet the criteria for the position, please APPLY NOW with an up to date copy of your resume. **SMS** = "**YOURNAME+CIVILSUP+BLACKTOWN**" to **0422 083 826** so we can check your resume immediately. **Salary**: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Schedule: - 10 hour shift - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday **Experience**: - Civil Supervisor: 1 year (preferred) - Plant Operation: 1 year (preferred) - GPS & Rover: 1 year (preferred) Work Authorisation: - Australia (required)
