**Your role**:
Due to sustained growth and progress; we have created the role of **Technology Outreach Manager **to drive us forward into our next phase of maturity. As a critical member of the Future Business & Strategy team with a dotted line to Engineering, you will play a key role in developing a cohesive, integrated and structured approach to technology outreach opportunities for Northrop Grumman Australia and the broader Corporation.

You will have the opportunity to shape and influence key relationships supporting the ongoing lifecycle of research opportunities. This includes educational institutions and specialised research organisations that contribute to our important partnership with Defence Science & Technology Group.

These relationships and agreements will form the framework that will broaden our opportunities supporting the NGA strategy and business pipeline.

**About you**:
With your previous experience working in a fast-paced environment along with your ability to engage collaboratively across multiple business areas, you will quickly become an integral part of our high performing teams based in Canberra or Brisbane.

Ideally, you will have had experience working with government agencies such as DST, CASG or other Defence Innovation organisations and/or Academic organisations in the conduct of research and development activities.

This position is ideally located in Brisbane or Canberra.
