**YMCA Head Office** is now searching for an **ICT Infrastructure Manager **on a **full time, permanent basis** to join our team located in **Fortitude Valley, QLD.**

**The role**:
As the ICT Infrastructure Manager, you will provide contemporary and effective operational management to service not only out Corporate Support Services but also our various services and centres across the Y and Y-Care. This includes leading and managing the ICT services and Infrastructure teams to ensure that an effective model of service and maintenance is implemented across all supported platforms.

**Duties include, but not limited to**:

- Manage and oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of all ICT infrastructure and services including servers, storage, Cloud Services, data communications, cabling, personal computers, internet, audio-visual devices and telephones
- Monitor the effective, adequate capacity and security management of the YMCA’s wired and wireless network environments and security systems
- Prepare, maintain, and update systems documentation, project documentation, client information and operational policies and procedures related to the YMCA’s IT infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with software licensing requirements
- Manage and support the provision of high quality and responsive client service that meets agreed service levels and the business needs of the YMCA
- Participate as a collaborative member of the team to ensure that high quality client focused services are provided
- Maintain knowledge, and participate in the evaluation and testing, of current, new and evolving strategies and technologies
- In consultation with the Chief Information Officer, oversee, manage and support all ICT staff
- Monitor and manage staff performance including undertaking staff appraisals in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, YMCA policies and procedures
- Maintain YMCA ICT assets, equipment and software register, including performing random audits
- Participate in the budget management process
- Provide input as required to annual expense and capital expenditure budgets for all YMCA ICT operations

**About you**:
To be successful for this position you must reflect on the following selection criteria:

- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or equivalent;
- Minimum of 5 years’ broad ICT operations experience working with Microsoft client/server operating; environments and large distributed networks both managed and internally provisioned
- Strong technical skills in an O365 Hybrid environment
- Practical experience in designing, maintaining, repairing and installing complete server and storage environments as well as other software systems
- Proven skills in managing a team and mentoring the team to maintain high level of service delivery
- Effective stakeholder management and time management
- Willing and able to work flexible hours as determined by business requirements including after hours or weekends
- Current Open Queensland Driver’s License;
- Positive Notice Blue Card; or willingness to obtain
