**The Division**

The Customer Strategy and Technology team within Transport leads the development of long-term, multi-modal strategies, plans and policies across NSW. We leverage data and insights, implement new technologies, drive innovation and build partnerships to provide customer-centred solutions.

**The Opportunity**

We have a part time opportunity for a Copywriter to be a part of our Brand and Creative Services team within the Brand and Marketing branch at Transport for NSW. The Brand and Marketing branch includes communications specialists working across Brand & Creative Services, Marketing, Sponsorships, Safety as well as Portfolio Management and Engagement team.

Reporting to the Manager, Creative Services, you will create high quality, accurate written content and ensure consistency of brand message, style and tone for Transport for NSW’s agency and customer-facing communication and campaigns.

Please note that this role is a two year temporary fixed term contract with flexibility to work 28 hours across 5 days. We work in a hybrid way, a mixture of working from home and in the office based in Elizabeth Street and offering flexible working arrangements with lots of benefits.

**What you will be involved in,**
- Scope client briefs to understand business, marketing and communications objectives and strategic intent and to create creative and communication outcomes.
- Work in collaboration with graphic designers and account managers to create campaign outcomes that meet communications objectives and support brand position.
- Create and edit copy for business reports, publications and presentations. Ensure spelling, punctuation and grammar are correct, style guidelines are followed, and tone of voice is consistently represented

**About you**
- Minimum 5 years of agency experience working as a Copywriter producing copy for marketing needs.
- You are highly creative and able to develop concise campaign-able writing from ideation and conception to delivery across a range of assets.
- You are highly collaborative and will have a proven ability to work within a creative team which includes designers, copywriters, account managers and marketers.?This is a fast-paced team with a variety of stakeholders and the ability to work across changing priorities whilst remaining positive and flexible is essential.
- Proficient in Word is essential and experience working with Indesign is highly desirable.
- Must provide evidence and a portfolio of work as a pdf, or website link.

The salary for this position is TfNSW Grade 7 ($108,770 - $ 121,822) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
