Job Summary

We are seeking a Digital Asset Manager to play a key role in shaping the future of digital asset strategy and governance across one of Australia's most important energy networks.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead the development and implementation of asset data governance frameworks, embed toolsets and digital systems to enhance asset lifecycle visibility and decision-making, and collaborate with stakeholders across PMO, finance, design, and field operations to align processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver digital asset strategies aligned to business and operational needs
  • Lead the development and implementation of asset data governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Embed toolsets and digital systems to enhance asset lifecycle visibility and decision-making, including the use of AI and analytics
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across PMO, finance, design, and field operations to align processes and ensure effective communication
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering
  • Proven experience in asset-heavy industries, preferably in utilities, energy, or construction
  • Strong understanding of how physical assets are designed, maintained, and operated
  • Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, data governance, or enterprise asset management
  • Experience defining system architecture and process improvement initiatives within asset management
  • Knowledge of DNSP or regulated environments highly desirable
  • Hybrid working arrangement (2–3 days in office)
