**The Company**

Join this boutique professional business in the Eastern Suburbs as their Assistant Strata Manager. They are a well established company that started nearly 10 years ago and continuously growing

You will support day to day management of the portfolio and in time grow to take on buildings yourself.

**Duties**

Insurance
- Liaising with insurance brokers at the time of renewal
- Processing insurance claims
- Corresponding with the strata committee and insurance broker
- Ensuring the insurance renewal is renewed prior to the renewal date
- Payment of invoice
- Filing documents

Fire Compliance

Working to a diary to:

- Engage the fire contractor for annual inspection
- Send notices to residents to notify of fire inspection
- Follow-up contractor for inspection outcome
- Discuss repairs with fire contractor and strata committee
- Issue work order for repairs
- Follow-up contractor for the Annual Fire Safety Statement (SFSS)
- Send AFSS to council, NSW Fire Brigade and Strata Committee

**Specific requirements**

Our client is open on background, but is seeking someone keen, willing to learn and who is a pro-active thinker. You will come with:

- Strong office admin and customer service skills
- Be highly organised and able to run to a schedule
- An interest in strata, property management or project management will be highly regarded
- Willingness to complete further training to gain a Strata Certificate of Registration
