
Events Coordinator

**The opportunity**
The purpose of the role is to support the community and events roadmap to our aligned advice network. To engage and manage stakeholders both internal and external. To support both virtual and face to face such as conferences, webinars, client and customer events, adviser professional development days and development events, state base and national peer groups, Network Connects, Knowledge Symposiums and any other event on the roadmap.
**How you will make an impact**
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent proficiency in the following _capabilities: _
- Managing online and face to face event logistics
- Support the implementation of each event including the development and management of our online platform Events Air.
- Support the management of the comprehensive critical path developed by the Events manager to ensure all deadlines and milestones are delivered on time
- Manage online Event Registrations
- Manage on the day queries for both virtual and F2F events
- Work with the Network Delivery Coordinator to manage distribution list for all Advice event invites
- Manage peer group coordination from practice segmentation and attendance confirmations with SAMs

You should have experience and qualifications in the following areas;
- Track record and ability in managing deliverables - Essential
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet tight deadlines in a high -pressure environmentEssential
- Event Industry Knowledge and best practice - Desired
- Events Air and On air platform knowledge - Desired
- Support in operations - Desired
- Ability to travel to be onsite for event location support - Essential
