**Employment Type: Permanent Part-time**

**Days: Mon-Fri**

This is a pivotal role working across all four of our Brisbane Skin & Laser Clinics, based out of our Head Office in East Brisbane, with customer service and client care being your key focus.

**The Role**:

- Book client appointments through inbound and outbound calls
- Manage bookings to ensure maximum booking ability across all locations
- Promote products and services to clients
- Respond to incoming messages across various platforms
- Provide pre-requisite information for all services included in each booking
- Perform Outbound Calls
- Monitor cancellations and assist the team with rescheduling appointments.
- Book incoming sales leads
- Achieve KPIs through personalised calls
- Be the voice of Brisbane Skin and Laser Clinics and act as an ambassador

**About You**:

- Experience in Beauty Salon/Aesthetics or Cosmetics as a therapist or receptionist (essential)
- Call center experience (desirable)
- Strong data entry skills, including accurate note-taking
- Exceptional communication and people skills
- Ability to work virtually with Clinic Managers and Clinic Staff
- Flexibility, willingness to learn, and a desire to share knowledge
- You have a great, reliable work ethic
- You are enthusiastic and bring high energy
- You have high integrity, values and understand the importance of our vision and mission
- You are willing to go the extra mile
