Artisan Aesthetic Clinics operates a network of 19 premium cosmetic clinics and is establishing a client services team to secure new client appointments and reschedule existing clients. At Artisan, we CARE (Clients Are Really Everything) and this is a pivotal role to ensure all clients receive exceptional service from their first interaction with Artisan.

**The role**
- Book client appointments through outbound calls
- Work in a busy call centre environment
- Achieve KPIs through highly personalised calls
- Act as an Artisan brand ambassador

**About you**

You are driven to succeed, enjoy talking with clients in a busy phone environment and curious to understand clients’ needs so you can use appropriate strategies to secure appointments.
- Experience in outbound appointment setting (essential)
- Beauty, aesthetics and/or cosmetics industry (desirable)
- Exceptional data entry skills, including effective client notes
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as a virtual member of clinics
