**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor you will join a multidisciplined maintenance team performing a variety of tasks supporting and improving our manufacturing operation.

**Key Responsibilities of the role**:

- Attend to breakdowns, equipment trouble shooting, repairs and preventive maintenance work orders.
- Maintain & repair mechanical plant machinery and equipment to operational standards.
- Identify defective or worn mechanical components or equipment and assist in root cause analysis.
- Work on continuous improvement projects
- Ability to work at times autonomously and without direct supervision.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will require:

- Certificate 3 in Engineering - Mechanical Trade
- Be attentive, organised and display a good level of attention to detail.
- Experience in fault finding on hydraulic, pneumatic and complex mechanical systems
- Experience with MEX as a CMMS would be an advantage
- Strong commitment to Workplace Health & Safety
- Good communication skills
- Welding qualification/experience desirable but not essential
- EWP ticket and Forklift license are desirable but not essential
