Are you a hands-on, motivated tradesperson ready to take the next step in your career? Our client is seeking a Maintenance Fitter to join our high-performing team at our Wetherill Park site. This is your chance to be part of a dynamic FMCG environment with real opportunities for growth.
What You'll Be Doing:- Perform routine maintenance tasks including boiler checks and equipment inspections
- Use MEX software to diagnose and resolve issues
- Participate in LOTO, Quality, and Induction Training
- Work within a buddy system alongside 8 other fitters per shift
- Build strong relationships with operators at the start of each shift
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn - this is our #1 priority
- Ideally from a FMCG background
- Someone early in their career and eager to grow into leadership roles
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Structured 3-1-3 rotating roster
- Day Shift: 5:45am - 6:15pm
- Night Shift: 5:45pm - 6:15am
- 7-8 days off between shift transitions
