**Your why**

We’re looking for new team member in our Brand squad. We’re less worried about your background and more interested in why you want to accelerate your branding and events career with us. Skills can be taught; it’s your attitude to hit the ground running and get involved that will excite us most.

**How you will spend your time**
- Support the development, execution and performance of our brand experiences, including:

- Working with the brand squad to facilitate campaign planning and delivery against key targets and performance measures.
- Building and executing brand campaigns and activations in collaboration with agency partners and suppliers (including partnerships, promotions, events and influencer marketing).
- Management and coordination of brand events and activations before, during and after (e.g. attendance at major conventions)
- Working on our PR and Advocacy campaigns supported by our agency partners.
- Input into driving brand awareness and engagement for ubank across identified target segments.
- Ideating, developing and advocating for activity designed to drive brand awareness.
- Managing and maintaining a range of brand merchandise supporting the internal business and external activations.
- Leverage the Growth team’s agile framework (e.g. sprint planning and agile delivery) to support all owned and earned brand activities.

**What you will bring**
- Have a demonstrated interest in brand, PR and events management. You’ll be able to tell us about your favourite campaigns and activations that have helped generate brand awareness and consideration regardless of industry.
- Have some experience working in marketing activation in direct and indirect team environments. You see rolling your sleeves up and getting hands on to bring growth ideas to life as a key part of your development.
- Have a keen understanding and operational knowledge of various social media platforms and effective strategies for maximising their potential.
- See the world differently and recognise that growth at scale doesn’t come from doing the same thing as everyone else. You’ll draw inspiration from across industries to deliver creative growth ideas that other banks would never do.
- Be an open and transparent communicator - you’ll leave no question unasked and look for opportunities to share information and learnings at every step.
