Are you looking to use your strategy and consulting toolkit to drive real transformation? This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in a global supply chain transformation program, working closely with senior stakeholders and initiative owners to ensure delivery excellence.

As a Transformation Analyst, you'll support the Head of Transformation and workstream leads in delivering a portfolio of high-impact initiatives. You'll help establish governance, standardise processes, and ensure projects are executed to plan. The role involves a blend of problem-solving, stakeholder management, and hands-on project support.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with consulting experience who's eager to apply their skills in a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support workstream leads and initiative owners with planning, governance, and execution of transformation initiatives.
  • Coordinate program cadence, meetings, and reporting to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Drive standardisation by developing templates, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify risks, solve problems, and keep initiatives on track.
  • Coach and support initiative owners in building strong business cases and managing change effectively.
  • Monitor performance, highlight risks, and support decision-making to optimise timelines and outcomes.
