And it’s why we’ve built an organisation where real innovation makes a genuine impact and generates true rewards for our team members. **True rewards** In addition to competitive remuneration, Brennan offers extensive benefits, including: - Training and certification bonuses - Culture Awards that recognise excellence - Brennan Daredevils - our annual, all-expenses paid trip awarded to our top performers and outstanding contributors - Vibrant, fun social activities - Discounted hardware and software - An environment that embraces learning and development. **The Role** Responsible for drivning governance, tool transformation & strategy to scale delivery, boost CX & enable growth across Brennan's digital divisions. **Key Responsibilities** - The first area is Governance, which is creating frameworks and structures to support project delivery within the three divisions of digital. - This includes interpreting the data and providing insights that drive improvements that delivery commercial benefit for Brennan and improve the overall customer experience. - The second part of the role is to lead transformation of our tools and systems. - This will include developing a roadmap with our IT team that ensures each tool/system is optimised to reduce admin overhead, making life easier for our team, and support our ability to scale across multiple technologies. - The third and longer-term component of the role, will be accountable for supporting the development of our business strategy, through assessment of future acquisition opportunities, refining our operating model and supporting frameworks, and defining the customer journey. **Skills & Experience You’ll Bring** - Ideally you will be doing a similar role in a Systems Integrator, Services Provider, Managed Services Provider or Consultancy environment. - Experience building a project management office, leading technology transformation programs and confident with building and understanding data. - Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation and create "buy in" from all areas of Brennan. **Note**:As part of our hiring process, you will be required to undertake a National Criminal History Check. **Brennan** is an equal opportunities employer.
