Our client a leading Canberra based business with a wonderful history and a number of successful sites. We are currently sourcing a committed and resourceful individual to join their team as a Sevice Manager in a central site.

**The role**:
On offer is a well experienced and details focussed Service Manager for a successful high end/luxury automotive service department.

You need to share a passion for quality cars and be focussed on satisfying the requirements of, and building relationships of the customers through your remarkable service and aftersales support.

**Your core duties & responsibilities will include**:

- Accountable for all Service Department administration, reporting & management
- Accountable for customer-satisfaction measurements & warranty compliance.
- Achieve above benchmark CSI results in-line with the manufacturer's expectations and guidelines.
- Develop and maintain excellent service levels with existing customers.
- Building trust and rapport with lapsed Customers to encourage them to return for future servicing and repairs.
- Driving continuous growth of profitability of the department and ensuring efficiencies are maximised.
- Controlling and managing departmental budget.
- Managing and mentoring team members in order to develop skills and competencies.
- Working with your team members to ensure that service levels on repairs & timings are reached without delay.
- Recruit, select and onboard future team members.
- Effectively engaging with and building relationships with the other departments.
- Fostering and maintaining relationships with the manufacturer's employees.
- Assisting Advisors & Technicians to achieve their labour sales and parts objectives.

**What you will need to succeed**:

- Previous Service Management experience in a dealership
- Exceptionally strong team leadership experience and driving customer satisfaction through high quality customer service.
- Computer literacy with experience in Automotive DMS systems
- Remarkable customer service skills
- Outstanding and professional personal presentation
- Manual driver's licence is mandatory
