Partnerships Manager role focussed on driving relationships with corporates to increase employee participation in the Trailwalker event, ideally based Sydney or Melbourne

Donor Republic is working with Oxfam to implement their flagship fundraising event, Oxfam Trailwalker.

**The Role**
As the Partnership Manager, you will
**strengthen existing relationships** and
**drive engagement** from the corporate sector to encourage participation from their employees, in turn raising funds for the Oxfam Trailwalker event.

Coming from the fundraising sector yourself, you’ll need great people skills, great energy, and know the best way to promote Oxfam Trailwalker to potential workplaces.

Working together with Oxfam and internal stakeholders, you’ll
**help recruit, onboard and retain existing corporate partners** then motivate their employees to sign up to Trailwalker events across Australia year after year.

**Responsibilities**
- Prospect, nurture & account manage a pipeline of corporate & high-value relationships
- Deliver information sessions & work with internal corporate champions to engage employees in the event
- Work collaboratively with the Accounts team & Oxfam to develop, implement & execute marketing campaigns & strategy
- Ensure the best possible experience from start to finish for all corporate participants
- Proactively develop new initiatives to attract new audiences
- Regular reporting to measure the performance of marketing activities
- Utilise HubSpot CRM to record all interactions.

**Your Skills & Attributes**
- Experience in a corporate partnership, Corporate Social Responsibility or relationship management role or other relevant professional fundraising experience
- Demonstrated ability to build and create meaningful relationships with supporters/clients
- Confident presenting face to face, over the phone or online
- Ability to creatively engage people through LinkedIn or other social media platforms
- Highly developed communication, influencing and negotiation skills
- The ability to work well under pressure, be organised & meet deadlines
- A calm, positive and proactive attitude
- Highly self-sufficient and able to work autonomously without constant direction
- Ability to be creative, innovative, flexible, and readily accommodate change.
