**Your business & team**
The Learning Chapter Area is responsible for providing learning and development expertise across the full 'end to end' learning process/cycle. This includes partnering, consulting, designing, developing, implementing, and managing learning initiatives/products that enable our people to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles and ultimately achieving our business goals.
By fostering a culture of learning, the Learning Chapter contributes to employee engagement, talent retention, and overall business success, ultimately ensuring that CBA remains competitive and agile in a rapidly changing world.
**Your role**
As a learning partner you will strategically align learning and development initiatives with the organisation's goals, identify and address needs, and provide expertise to ensure effective learning solutions to achieve business and customer impacts.
This role reports directly to the Chapter Lead of Learning Partners.
Your role is to add value through:
- Building a high-performing and engaged team/Chapter
- Delivering quality outcomes through effective Chapter performance
- Contributing to the achievement of customer outcomes through effective, high impact learning solutions
- Delivering on our customer aspiration by encouraging continuous improvement, innovation and a customer obsessed mind-set
- Fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing
- Implementing and reinforcing standard ways of working
**Your responsibilities**
The role includes, but is not limited, to the following:
- Collaborate with the Learning Partners, Learning Designers, Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to provide guidance on industry learning best practice and optimal solution design.
- Coach, collaborate, provide capability upskilling with other Learning Leaders and team members to increase overall individual and team knowledge/skill.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement process of learning at CBA, using a human centred design perspective to ensure curation / creation of learning solutions that support the workforce of the future and drive great outcomes for our customers.
- Keep abreast of global best practice focusing on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Help to drive the digital learning revolution within CBA.
- Delivering on our customer aspiration by displaying a continuous improvement, innovation and a customer obsessed mind-set
- Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders ensuring there is constant alignment between the business strategy and learning priorities.
- Collaborate with squad members from different Chapters to problem solve and ensure a broader alignment to CBA skilling to maximise resource and impact.
- Utilise data and feedback to inform metrics and leverage these to support continuous improvement efforts, in partnership with the Product Owner & Chapter Lead
**Your Skills and Experience**
- Strong performance consulting skills, with experience across a learning lifecycle from needs and success measure identification to solution development and evaluation.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including an ability to build and manage relationships.
- Proven experience in supporting, consulting and challenging senior stakeholders in addressing strategic goals.
- Experience using a Human Centred Design approach to discover needs, undertake gap analysis and define high impact solutions.
- Experience identifying and utilising relevant data to validate learning needs and generate success measures.
- Experience engaging and managing the performance of vendors to deliver learning solutions.
- Experience operating in an agile environment.
- Sound understanding of adult learning principles.
- Demonstrated experience in content curation and creation of pathways and programs.
