With a focus on creativity and excellence, we collaborate with top brands and media to deliver unforgettable events that captivate audiences and leave a lasting impression.

**Job description**

BBR Agency is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Event Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about the events industry to work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to the success of our diverse portfolio of projects.

We are specifically looking for someone with a **commercial background**. The responsibilities for this role will include:
1. Connecting with exhibitors:

- Identifying potential businesses interested in participating in our festivals.
- Negotiating terms and securing agreements with them.
- Organising their requirements, providing necessary information, and managing their logístical needs.

2. Connecting with suppliers:

- Coordinating with various suppliers (structures, furniture, power, props, etc.).
- Obtaining quotes and negotiating contracts, potentially establishing partnerships.
- Creating and distributing all necessary documents for the preparation of festivals, markets, or activations.
- Assisting in the organisation of these suppliers during events.

This position will involve approximately 60% office work with the rest being on-site during festivals.

Remuneration will consist of a fixed weekly wage + a commission for each exhibitor/partner secured for the festivals.

**Conditions**:
Requirements for the position include:

- Valid work visa
- ABN required initially, with the potential to transition to a formal contract and become integrated into the agency.
- Commercial acumen: Ability to effectively promote the festivals and persuade exhibitors to participate, while establishing mutually beneficial contracts.
- Strong organisational skills.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 per year
