The BBR Agency is a dynamic, Sydney-based experiential and entertainment production company that provides full 360 services.

For a decade, the BBR Agency has been dedicated to pushing boundaries and building strong bonds in the food, wine, and entertainment industry Australia-wide. BBR is well known for its own productions such as Bastille, Mov'in Bed, Mov'in Boat, and Mov'in Car.

We offer a range of services from the conception of a project or brand to its design, generating impact, and making things happen.

The BBR agency have expertise in concept design, event management, PR, content creation, influencer partnerships, and prior collaboration with relevant local governments.

We are seeking a production coordinator to join our team.

You will be working with a team of talented professionals to deliver exceptional events.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution of events
- Source, liaise and negotiate with suppliers and contractor to achieve most favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of required materials and services
- Manage exhibitors for festivals and other events
- Ensure that all event production equipment is properly maintained and stored
- Manage on-site logistics, including setup and troubleshooting of any issues that may arise
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients, exhibitors, and colleagues, and communicate regularly to ensure smooth event production
- Manage multiple events simultaneously while ensuring all deadlines are met

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in event production and coordination
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to work well with a team.
- Must have the right to work in Australia.
- Excellent English is required.
- Must be able to work on the event location (events can be in Sydney or interstate).
