We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused three Part-time Retail Sales Assistants to join our team at MUJI Emporium team. As a Part-time Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing information about products and services
- Efficiently use our point-of-sale system to process sales transactions accurately
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including organising merchandise displays to enhance visual appeal
- Assist with the regular replenishment of stock
- Uphold company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions, safety, security, and loss prevention

**Skills and Experiences**:

- Experience in a similar retail environment and/or fast-paced retail store environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of stock
- Ability to work effectively within a team while also being able to independently manage tasks
- A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about our products and share knowledge with customers
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including deliveries, late night trade (10pm), weekends and public holidays
- Available to work 15 to 20 hours per week, preferably on Thursday, Friday and Saturday
