The Community & Culture Directorate is the primary public-facing part of Liverpool City Council, (LCC) where ratepayers and other residents both interact with LCC and experience the many services offered to them.

This multifaceted and multidisciplinary directorate brings together Customer Experience, Library Services & Museum, Arts & Culture, Events, Community Development & Planning, Community & Sporting Facilities and Children’s Services into a team that enhances the quality of life for residents, visitors and people who work in the LGA.

We currently have an opportunity to join the Community and Culture team as an Administration Officer. You will provide administrative support for day-to-day operational activities, maintaining a professional administrative function within the Directorate ensuring that the needs and expectations of Council’s clients (internal and external) are met in a timely, efficient and courteous manner.

The position will administer general functions in the areas of Customer Focus, Procurement, Finance and Administration and Events.
