**ABOUT THE ROLE:
**Summary of the role**:Mercy Hospital for Women, Patient Services Department, Heidelberg has a fixed term opportunity for an experienced highly motivated Administrative Officer who has sound communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service and demonstrates the Mercy Values.
- This role is in the Outpatient area
- 6 shifts - fixed term permanent part time
- Work hours: Permanent - Weekly Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 0745-1616
- Primary Purpose
**ABOUT YOU**:
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Accurate data entry and efficient and effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to productively learn and adapt to other computer system
Mercy Hospital for Women is a fully accredited Level 6 Public Specialist Teaching Hospital providing both public and private patient care through maternity services, neonatology and paediatrics, perioperative services, gynaecology, women's health and associated health, support and diagnostic services. We are a major teaching hospital and specialist referral centre with the medical, nursing, midwifery and allied health expertise to treat the most complex obstetric, neonatal and gynaecological cases.
