Facilities Administration OfficerDEPARTMENT OF PARLIAMENTARY SERVICES
About the roleAs Facilities Administration Officer, you will provide administrative support services, including office systems support, accounts payable and assist with the development of a range of reports and communications. In this role you will have the opportunity to assist with the development of asset management and project development documentation.
Located in the Parliamentary Precinct, you will work within a close-knit team and help to ensure the smooth running of the Buildings & Grounds office.

**About youWe would love to hear from you if you have**:

- previous experience coordinating administrative processes
- strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with a wide range of clients and stakeholders, both technical and non-technical staff
- strong attention to detail and organisational skills, paired with the ability to work autonomously
- excellent computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office programs and SharePoint, paired with the ability to troubleshoot and educate others

Key to your success in this role is your ability to problem solve, work well in a team and be flexible in approach as no two days are the same
