Are you passionate about maintaining efficient and well-managed facilities while providing exceptional customer service? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join this organisation as a Facilities Officer on a 9-week assignment based at their two sites in Melbourne CBD.
**Your new role**
As an Assistant Facilities Officer for this company, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the oversight of the sites including maintenance and cleaning
- Conduct safety and maintenance walks
- Reporting maintenance issues to the Senior Facilities Coordinator
- Liaising with clients and external stakeholders
- Meeting and greeting subcontractors on site
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Tertiary education or relevant experience in Facilities is highly desirable
- Problem-solving and technical skills
- An eye for detail
- Computer knowledge
- Experience in providing administrative support
**What you'll get in return**
- $38 per hour + Super
