Our venues include the Lady Banks Rooftop Bar and the Basement Brewhouse, along with diverse food offerings across Italian, Asian, and middle eastern cuisines, just to name a few. The Group operates six clubs as well as a state of the art 600 seat theatre, a large Grand Ballroom and an extensive range of facilities to host events of all kinds along with a commercial office tower.

About the Role
This role is responsible for Recruitment across all and levels of the organisation, along with maintaining our Employer Brand in accordance with the broader Employer Brand strategy.
Our People and Culture team is dedicated to the Employee Experience of our people at Bankstown Sports, by pushing people-related innovations and enabling structures for good governance, all whilst employing a business partnering approach to organisational support.
This is a full-time position for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities, including but not limited to (position description available for more information):

- Take the lead on all Recruitment and Onboarding across our diverse teams

Contribute to Bankstown Sports’ Workforce Planning, Attraction, and Retention strategies
Demonstrate a proficiency for HRIS and Recruitment platforms
Deliver on several strategic talent initiatives and innovations
Bring the Culture Values of Bankstown Sports to life through your work and interactions.
