Job Description
Full-time or Part-time (4 days) | No Billable Hours | Until 31 March 2027

Make a real difference in children's lives
Join Each's inclusive team of Allied Health and Inclusive Education specialists, supporting children (0–9 years) and their families to reach their goals using evidence-based early childhood intervention practices.

- No billable hours – Focus on quality support, not chasing quotas.
- Competitive pay – $85K+ negotiable, plus up to $18,550 tax-free through Salary Packaging.
- Supportive team culture – Work autonomously with full admin support and collaborate with a passionate, multidisciplinary team through case reviews, peer learning, and key-worker meetings.
- Professional growth – Full training in early intervention, SPARK Communication (Hanen), group supervision with national leads, and leadership development opportunities.
Your role, your impact
- Partner with families to deliver practical, meaningful supports tailored to each child's needs.
- Use assessments, observations, and child development knowledge to guide families and educators.
- Coach caregivers to build confidence in everyday routines.
- Help families navigate NDIS processes and strengthen children's inclusion in their communities.
We're particularly keen to hear from candidates who have worked in specialist early childhood settings or SSP (Schools for Specific Purposes), and who demonstrate a sound understanding of developmental milestones in early childhood.

Who we're looking for
- A degree in Early Childhood.
- Deep knowledge of child development and experience supporting children with developmental delays or disabilities.
- Understanding of NDIS Early Childhood Approach and best practice early childhood intervention.
- Experience in specialist early childhood settings or Schools for Specific Purposes (SSP) will make you standout.
