**About the role**
We have an opportunity for a **Manager, Psychological Injury Management** to be part of our Injury and Claims, Workforce Safety Command. The Manager - Psychological Injury provides specialist psychological support regarding the Recover at Work outcomes for injured workers through engagement with treating health professionals, Commanders/Managers, and the injury management team. The role also provides education and support to increase Commanders/Managers ability to successfully identify and manage psychological injuries across the organisation.

In this role you will lead a team of psychologists geographically dispersed across the state of NSW. Provide an example of how you have supervised psychologists in the past both from a clinical and workplace perspective.
**Target Question 2**:
Outline how you keep abreast of best practice evidence based treatment to enable positive return to work outcomes for injured workers following a psychological injury.
