**What you'll do**

As our new Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring your campaign team is adhering to all booking and production processes, SLA’s and maintaining the team's client-centric focus. In the Campaign Manager position, you will partner with your designated sales team and clients, including providing reporting on the status of campaign life cycles. In this role, guaranteeing governance of the campaign management process within your team is essential to ensure success and seamless delivery of campaigns in your vertical.

Main accountabilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

- Team Management: inclusive of leading and mentoring your team, ensuring your team is acting as one touch point for pre/during/post campaign for both clients and agencies, and educating your team in customer centricity, Cartology products, channels, processes, guidelines and systems.
- Campaign Management - Bookings & Production: ensuring systems, processes, frameworks and SLA's and adhered to, managing and reporting on your team's performance, and ensuring governance.
- Systems & Reporting: inclusive of appropriate utilisation of the booking platform system, by tracking and reporting about campaign lifecycle.
- Partnering: guaranteeing the communication of on time campaign elements to delivery teams for implementation, working with channel delivery partners, forging strong working relationships across the ecosystem.Channel Management and helping the wider Campaign Operations team to manage Campaigns across a suite of products assigned to you. Partnering with the Cartology Product team to help implement changes to existing products and onboard new products. Assisting sales from an Operational lens on the Channels you own.

**What you'll bring**

To be successful in the role, you need to demonstrate:

- Proven success leading campaign management teams, with knowledge of the print industry.
- Demonstrated ability to partner & collaborate to drive ongoing operational improvements.
- A strong skill set inclusive of high attention to detail, working under pressure, managing multiple competing priorities, and overcoming challenges whilst finding mutually beneficial solutions.
- Solid experience influencing, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Advertising or Operations experience within the FMCG environment is highly desirable.
