**About the role**

We have an opportunity for** 2 x **Case Management Specialist** to be part of our Injury and Claims, Workforce Safety Command. The Case Management Specialist is responsible for providing commands high quality advice and support in relation to injury management, workers compensation and income protection processes across the organisation for those employees facing career transition or those recently exited. This role also engages with external stakeholders and service providers to ensure optimum service levels are met, focusing on improved health and return to work outcomes for injured employees facing career transition and for those already exited from NSW Police Force.

The NSW Police Force’s Workforce Safety Command is offering 2 Case Management Specialists an exciting opportunity to to be part of the single most significant investment in the health, safety and wellbeing of the NSW Police workforce. Located in the centre of Sydney, only a short walk from Central or Museum train stations and the vibrant Surry Hills precinct, the successful applicant will provided injured officers and commands with high quality advice and support with respect to injury management, workers compensation and income protection processes within the organisation. The role includes engaging with external stakeholders to ensure optimum services are provided for improved health and return to work outcomes for injured employees.
