**About the role**
We have an opportunity for a **Manager - Mental Health Support **to be part of our Health, Safety & Wellbeing, Workforce Safety Command. The Manager - Mental Health Support leads a team of Mental Health Clinicians who are located within Regions around the state delivering support, short-term solution-focused counselling, wellbeing services and educational programs to NSW Police Force employees. The Manager will set the NSWPF strategic direction and framework for the delivery of wellbeing services, education, training and support that are provided by the Mental Health Clinicians to drive improved psychological wellbeing of our workforce.
This newly created position within the NSW Police Force's Workforce Safety Command offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the single most significant investment in the health, safety and wellbeing of the NSW Police workforce. Located in the center of Sydney, only a short walk from Central or Museum train stations and the vibrant Surry Hills precinct, this position will lead a team of Mental Health Clinicians located within regions around the state who deliver support, short-term solution-focused counselling, wellbeing services and educational programs to NSW Police Force employees. The role will provide strategic direction and a framework for delivery of these services to ensure improved psychological wellbeing to NSW Police Force.
