We are currently seeking professional, and passionate social media manager to join our team.

**About Greenwood Academy**

Enlighten Talent Pty Ltd trading as Greenwood Academy Animal Care and Agriculture is an RTO and CRICOS based in the Sydney Central Business District. We are a values-based organisation offering accredited AQF training products from ACM and BSB training packages. Our students are our principle focus on which we provide quality industry leading learning, training, assessment and work placement systems to ensure students are empowered to follow their career paths.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- **Strategy Development**: Responsible for content development and marketing promotion plans on platforms like Instagram, Twitter, RED and Weibo. Ensure clear positioning, objectives, and development strategies are in place and executed.
- **Content Creation & Editing**:Design and write copy for new media platforms, edit images and videos, keep abreast of industry trends, and create high-quality, viral content to enhance brand image and influence.
- **User Relationship Management**: Understand and explore user needs, integrate internal and external resources of the academy, and employ effective strategies to increase user engagement and retention.
- **Social Media Trend Monitoring**: Keep an eye on changes and new features in new media platforms, learn from leading companies' new media marketing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- **Data Analysis & Partner Management**: Design KPIs and continuously monitor them, deeply analyse user behaviour and key data, and evaluate the ROI of new media operations. Actively maintain relationships with KOLs and other partners to strengthen brand propagation and influence.

**Qualifications**:

- Familiar with operation methods and scope, deep understanding of user psychology, capable of proposing effective growth strategies based on competitors and industry status, and skilled at creating topics and planning community events.
- Independent thinker with good self-reflection and learning abilities, efficient and strong learning capabilities.
- Ability to adapt to changes and quickly adjust strategies to meet the ever-changing market environment.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and motivational skills, strong ability to handle stress, emergencies, and uphold professional ethics.
- No prior experience in the education or new media industry is required, but those with experience will be given priority.
