We currently have an opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as **Team Leader - CTA/JobLab **with regular travel will be required across the Brisbane South East and Wivenhoe regions.

**The Role - A Day in the Life of a Team Leader**

As a Team Leader within our Career Transition Assistance/JobLab contract you will coordinate and facilitate a range of CTA/JobLab training programs to support customers to achieve their training and employment goals. The role will also be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of CTA/JobLab trainers across an operational region.

**Your Key Responsibilities will include;**
- Provide guidance and support to a team of Training Advisors through their delivery and administration of the training programs to ensure consistent quality across the region
- Market and promote the CTA program amongst Workforce Australia providers within the region
- Assist in the development of training calendars

**Criteria for Success**
- Experience within the Workforce Australia Contracts
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and delivery techniques relevant to mature customers
- Ability to provide effective advisory, coaching and/or mentoring support
- Sound time management skills and the ability to lead a small team to achieve results
- Current Driver’s Licence
- A current, clear National Police Check
- A current Working With Children Check / QLD Blue Card
