**About the team**

The Customer Experience division provides a wide range of specialist support across NSW Trustee and Guardian divisions including marketing, campaigns, brand, customer and employee communications, and media liaison, customer advocacy support, and service design.

**About the role**

The Marketing and Communications Officer will drive and execute internal and external communications strategies across NSW Trustee and Guardian whilst also assisting with a variety of marketing projects, campaigns, and media initiatives to promote our business. The role will involve stakeholder management across the organisation to enhance communications across the divisions and promote our brand.

**About you**

You will be customer-centric in everything you do and passionate about customer experience. Your creative flair and ability to adapt to working on multiple tasks is essential to succeed in this role.
- **You are experienced working with marketing and media agencies**, managing corporate affairs including media partnerships and issues management, ensuring communication aligns with organisational values and objectives to maintain brand reputation.
- **You build collaborative partnerships.** You can establish relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, you build good rapport with your colleagues and community, across all levels.
- **You are results driven.** You work independently, you are a self-starter. You can problem solve whilst managing competing priorities. You stay focussed on achieving our goals and objectives, and you support and deliver continuous improvement.

**Essential requirements**

Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience in a relevant discipline or industry within services sector, professional and or community focussed areas across a diverse range of customer groups.
