About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for the following activities and delivery of the following key tasks:
- Designing and implementing targeted responses and interventions in line with the Regulatory Authority's regulatory priorities;
- Leading investigations into suspected non-compliance with the National Law;
- Conducting monitoring visits to Education and Care Services;
- Drafting material related to high level compliance actions;
- Assisting with other complex compliance matters as required; and
- Providing advice and support to regional office staff.
