Your Role
Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including ECEC providers and services to achieve regulatory outcomes.
The Principal Regulatory Officer reports to the Manager, Regional Operations - Early Childhood Regulatory Authority, Early Childhood and State Schools Division.
Responsibilities include
- Undertaking complex regulatory activities, making recommendations and decisions that support the Regulatory Authority to undertake its functions under the legislation and in accordance with the principles of good administrative decision making.
- Utilising extensive high level investigation skills and experience, undertake complex investigations relating to alleged breaches of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations
- Providing guidance and support to team members to ensure delivery of effective regulatory practice.
