**What You’ll Do**:
In this hands-on, people-centered role, you’ll be a leader, driving the team to success with your energy and expertise. Your key responsibilities include:

- ** Deliver Outstanding Service**: Ensure the smooth operation of PARC Brasserie & Bar, creating exceptional food and beverage experiences for every guest.
- ** Lead & Inspire**: Motivate, train, and develop the team, fostering a fun and energetic atmosphere that encourages growth and collaboration.
- ** Drive Excellence**: Implement staffing strategies that meet both service quality and financial targets.
- ** Keep the Team Informed**: Brief your team on menu highlights, promotions, dietary needs, and any special guest requirements.
- ** Support Team Growth**: Assist with the induction, training, and development of new team members, and conduct performance discussions.
- ** Resolve Guest Concerns**: Handle escalated guest complaints with professionalism, turning challenges into positive experiences.

**Qualifications** Your Experience, Skills, and Qualifications**:
We’re seeking a dynamic leader with experience in a premium Restaurant/Bar setting, ready to be part of an exciting new venture at our newly launched, award-winning restaurant. Ideally, you bring:

- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service
- Enthusiasm for high-quality food and beverage experiences
- Strong communication skills with a focus on people and teamwork
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of maintaining high standards
- A valid RSA in SA (RP Badge is a bonus)
- Creative problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement
- Flexibility to work various shifts across different meal periods, weekends, and public holidays
- A hands-on leader who sets the example, motivates the team, and fosters excitement in the workplace
- A strong sense of ownership and a desire to grow within the company
- WSET qualification is an asset
