**Job Description** Reception Team Leader - Join Our Front Office Leadership Team**
Are you ready to take the next step in your hospitality career? We’re looking for a dedicated **Reception Team Leader** to join our front office team. In this dynamic role, you’ll work a variety of shifts, including reception duties, while regularly stepping up as **Shift Leader** or **Hotel Duty Manager**.
**In this role, you will**:
- Warmly welcome guests and provide ongoing support and leadership to the Reception team.
- Deliver exceptional guest service with a friendly, approachable manner that reflects our brand values.
- Lead daily front desk operations, ensuring all team members understand and follow departmental policies and procedures.
- Supervise and motivate the team to consistently meet service standards and create memorable guest experiences.
- Respond promptly to guest concerns, taking ownership and following up with relevant departments to ensure satisfaction.
- Communicate daily priorities to your team, helping personalize the service experience for every guest.

**Must-haves**:
- Full legal working rights in Australia (including a current full-time work visa)
- A valid **South Australia RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)**
