This well-established, family-owned business is located in a prime position directly opposite SkyCity Casino and the Convention Centre, and only a short five-minute walk from Adelaide Oval and the Riverbank precinct.

Our venue features Verandah Bar and Dining, blending vibrant indoor and outdoor spaces.

We are now seeking a Bar and Dining Team Leader to work in conjunction with our Restaurant and Bar Manager.

This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with proven bar, dining and leadership experience, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for customer service and team development.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading and motivating the bar and dining team to deliver exceptional service
  • Training and mentoring staff to build skills and knowledge
  • Working closely with the management team to deliver seamless service across the venue and at functions
  • Contributing ideas and strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales

What we're looking for

  • 1+ years' experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a bar or busy hospitality restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Sound knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and current bar trends
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain high standards
